lots of white little critters in tank

i found some white little critters in my newly setup tank (they are tiny->abt 1mm in size), are they good? what are they? do i need to take any action?

pls help.....

my tank is abt 3weeks, water parameter now is:

NH4=0

NO2=0.1

NO3=20

PO4=0.03

pH=8.0

salinity=1.023

(using live sand & cured LR during cycling process)

most likely they are pods. they're good. fishes like them.
