that will depends on what are you keeping in your tank ... corals ? anemones ? different corals will have different light requirements ...

rule of thumb : 5 watt per gal.

FL is good enuff if you keep simple stuffs..

no anemones..

Wat if I'm keeping anemone and some polyp? 10000K or 20000K is recommended? and is it necessary that the other tube be Actinic? Hope u can advise. Thanks.

Go for 2:1 ratio.

4 x 10K + 2 x Actinic

If only 2 tubes, run 1 x 10K, 1 x actinic. I doubt there's enough PAR but it will nice for viewing.

you really need to consider the height of the tank. Let alone the inhibitants.

Kelvin rating affects both growth rate and coloration. I guess for a start you can tell us the height of the tank and the inhibitants to help determined the needed wattage, followed by the Kelvin rating
