1) 24/7

or

2) reverse daylight photoperiod.

That means you turn the lights on at night to the morning or when your tank off the main lights

BTW, I will choose 24/7 for caulerpa and 12hrs reverse for chaeto

I would recommend reverse photoperiod.

With no "night", it probably will stress\imbalance some micro-organisms.

If you worry the asexual reproduction, keep a pruning scheduling task.

full-time-light seems very "stressful" to me. I know, the plant probably won't complaint.
