Recipe is : -

1 liter milk

2 - 3 halved and peeled avocados

1/2 cup sugar

or

Milk

Avocado is high on unsaturated fatty acid. Studies have shown consumption of the fruit leads to reduced or maintained cholesterol level.

i tried it before in indonesia.. taste great..

this is wat they have in there...

chocolate sauce -- depends on how much u like chocolate

milk -- enuff to dilute the drink to ur liking

avocado -- half or less (depends on how big it is)

sugar or honey -- add to taste..

ice -- 1/4 cup

first add the avocado and milk into a blender, then blend. Then add in the ice and sugar, blend again until all the ice disappear and sugar melted ..

while blending, pour choco sauce on the side and bottom of the glass.

After the blend is done, pour it into the glass.

before drinking, stir the choco sauce into the drink.
