really?? then i better leave it at 2 if they can survive... it looks aggressive too, maybe they will eat up all the smaller fishes when they grow too big...

That's what the guy at the LFS told me. Which is why I didn't buy them. I don't think I can keep up with their fast growth-rates! But their colours are gorgeous, esp when they swim in a school. :)

as they grow, they will become predatory.. and yes, they grow very fast and soon, u can have them on ur dinner table.. :lol: yes, they are edible...

Yah, agree, the 4 of them were very nice on the 1st day. now left 2 not so nice .... really tempted to add another 2 again but worried about their sizes and their survival.

Heard it is quite difficult to keep them, anybody got long surviving Golden trevallys here?

To update:

I bought another Trevally to join the two leftovers last week. All three eating well with big tummies everyday, and they can really GROW!!!

Agree that it is great seeing them swim together... :D
