Only get to see them for 10 days...  :cry2:  never buy anymore.

Same happened to me. So i deduced that my tank condition is not good enuff. later i buy again, die again. its untill my 4th 1 then i succeed. the problem with the past few butterfly is that they dont eat. once i saw my this butterfly eating, i know its gonna stay for good.

believe less then 50% of wat ppl tell u n bring it up tp 99% by confirming it urself

i have 1 butterfly fish b4...with my tubeworms and buttons in my tank.

It always consume the food i gave without hesistation.

But everynow and then it will take a bite at the button but not much obvious damage were done.

However, i believe it's better not to have a butterfly in ur reef tank esp with any precious coral u might have in ur tank tat u wouldn't want ur butterfly 2 disturb.

hi,

All marine fishes are like that.....if they don't eat after you have brought it home. It will die.....so, it's a gamble.

Suggest that before you buy any fish, try asking the lfs folks to feed them in your presence. Cheers !

Many butterflies, by nature will disturb n eat corals....

it is possible to train them to eat other food onli if u starting training them veri veri young, preferable new-born....

however, it is still 'bo bao' that they will not switch to corals if they get the chance.... just like u start drinking beer after 18 years old n starting ###### after 16 years old.... :pirate:
