 with front/rear strut, anti-sawy bars, anti-roll bar, etc........ "aur" corner lagi best.......

as for low profile tires,

dunno applicable for 14", but for 17" can consider the following choices,

1. Yokohama Advan Nova.......

wet grip: average

dry grip: very good

road noise: average

2. Good Year F1 GSD03

wet grip: good

dry grip: good

road noise: low

3. Bridgestone Potenza SO3

wet grip: very good

dry grip: very good

road noise: high

true true....totally agree......damn kick whenever I try to break my speed limit when Aur - ing corner.....hahaha....but then very very dangerous.......and I dont do that often.......only when I am all alone in my car and the corner is car free.......if "lang gar".....I die only...... :paiseh: .....:lol::lol:

175 to 185, petrol down by most 2km/L.

tats scary figures. 175 to 185 with same rims should nt diff by 1km/l. After new tyres run in, 0.5 or less should be more realistic figures imho....

my ride thirstier by 1km/l after 205/16 to 225/17

Look for tyre with lower rolling resistance for better mileage ;)

Hi all ...

thank you for your feedback and share of views. I have finally made a decision to go for 185/60/R14 - Yokohama ES500.

To my surprise, both the 185/60/R14 (Yoko) and the 175/65/R14 (Original tyres) are of the same height ! although they are of different profile. Was told by the shop owner original tyres tend to be smaller, even though having profile 65.

As for the Yoko tyres ... its rather quiet compare to my original tyres. Fuel comsumption wise will have to monitor after my next full tank refill.. ;)

CHEERS!
