It is a type of nutrients that enhances coloration in fish. I have not come across an independant one but I do have one type of pellet food that is enhanced with garlic and spirulina in which, my fishes love alot...immedaite attention once I drop soem in.

It is called Ocean Nutrition Formula Two. You can get it from many lfs...

yeah...I saw my cereal box stating sprulina as one of its main ingredient.....felt like a fish......

hm...coz read up that fishes shld be feed wif it at times..

my fishes...dun take nori or other kind of alage...

should u need spirulina, check it out with some discus guys.....

there's a discus shop near commonwealth MRT (i think its call Chai discus) selling it. just powder form of spirulina powder.....but not sure how pure is it, cos it comes with those self-pack kinds of plastic bag n not those sealed can......

Spirulina is blue-green microalgae.. if your fishes won't eat nori or other forms of algaes... do you think it is going to eat microalgae powder??

Saw some bottles of spirulina tablets (99%) at Natur* Aquariu*..

Hmmm...maybe it will be more worthwhile to get a bottle at Natures Farm or GNC for $70... at least if your fishes don't eat them ... you can... it will boost your immune system... and it is proven to be an anti-cancer agent

if u hav herbivours in ur tank and u r now using frozen food, u may consider getting the frozen spinach.... u can mix with ur normal food, soak with gralic guard and maybe selcon then freeze them again to become a nutritious gourmet...
