Where to buy Detrivore kits?

you could try pm-ing venezia- she has lots of tiny brittle stars for sale which are useful detrivores. likewise, you can get abalones, seahares, brittles, nassarius, etc from henry at marinelife.

hehe ... no such package locally ... work out what u need and go hunt for

them ... ML is a good place to start looking

As for venezia, I'm afraid I can't PM him(her?) now as my tank is still not up yet, haven't even add in water.

Will definitely do so later, maybe in feb, or march.

After cycling...wait longer better..they are also sensitive to water quality. You should add live stock very slowly.....or they may not make it due to inmature water

then talk to henry (ML). for example, if u going for bare-bottom, den

Hi, I will be having about SSB of 1-2 inches. Yet to decide on whether to use sand or coral sand too... Too many decision to be made, all with it's pros and cons.

I think you may have over-rated my knowledge if you ask me to have in mind what I want... Seriously I have no idea. I guess I posted this thread looking for an easy way out, thought I could just get a 'no-fuss package deal' getting a detrivore kit. I guess I need to spend more time reading up then.

Seriously though, if I had put in so much effort while I was in school I would had been a rocket scientist now.
