Help! Zoos

Recommended Posts

I had bought a normal zoo yesterday, only to notice that it doesn’t attached itself to a rock base like mushroom did.

Does Zoos attach themselves to a rock? From members’ pic, i always thought it is attached to a rock.

Now it is easily drifted away by current, I just can’t anchor it to the designated location that I want.

Any suggestion?

Thank you.

It does attach to rock. Ur current might be too strong. Can try moving the zoo or adjusting ur current.

my piece doesn't come with rocks ;( ,

how can i reattach it to a rock? is it the same as mushroom, put it on top of coral chips/rocks and it will stick by it own?

Here's what you can do. Get one of those take away bowls. Make holes all over (can melt holes by using a heated screwdriver or soldering iron) Then get a small piece of L/R ,place the zoos on it and cover with the bowl. This will prevent it from being blown all over the tank.It should attach itself in a couple of days.

An easier way is find a spot in the tank where the current is minimal and place the rock and the zoos there and give it time to attach itself before moving it to another location.

Hope it helps. Good Luck. :)
