im just gonna add on to lists of method

6. Algae filter (the challenge will be to keep them alive and thriving)

7. Remote DSB in a bucket

read more about DSB bucket @ http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthre...threadid=595109

some questions to ask yourself....how old is your tank? what is the bio-load.....how do you feed your fishes. how often do you change water....etc.....

all the methods listed so far will work one way or the other....but seriously no way we can help unless we know what type of system you are running and your current state....;)

wow u have a big tank :o I'm using the denitrator from Aquamedic & using DI water for top up, clean mechanical filter wool daily & blast my skimmer to the fullest

manage to keep NO3 between 5-10ppm with 20% water change once every 4mths.
