Hi all

just asking whether 2xMH is too strong for my soft corals. (used to use the light for hard coral, but now change to soft)

Initially, all corals seemed to do very well with the light, opening up small "flowers), but this two days, only see bubbles on them ,like like those planted tank kind of bubbles?

please advise :P

by right shld be ok... imagine the brightness of the sun on the reef...

the thing is not to give ur corals a lightin shock ba... the corals r brought from the reef n during transport - no lights... at the lfs - maybe FL quality light

so once inside ur aquarium, by right shld place it in a shaded or low light area then slowly move it to a brighter area :)

got a question...

i realise that whenever i buy leather, it wont stand up. its always soft and sometimes look like dissolving

i dun have a calcium test kit, but i do add some seachem calcium. is it because of the lack of calcium?

my other parameters seems ok
