SRC Member w3ish3ng Posted August 24, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted August 24, 2006 sigh, its better to have 3 feet for 1 tank, so by right, that tank should only have 3 tangs not 100 tangs! Quote Member of
AlexCWSoo
Wow...so many reply. Yes, its slighly short of 8Ft X 3Ft X 3Ft, as the acrylic sheet come in metric size. Will update everyday with at lease on photo to keep track of progress. Thinking of DIY LED light and have do some search on this topic. Any body interested in this? jervismun
Thinking of DIY LED light and have do some search on this topic. Any body interested in this? Check out www.solarisled.com for the most advanced LED fixture in the world!!! Do you intend to keep corals? Luxeon LED (from Philips) is suitable for keeping corals but they can be very costly. To evenly light up your 8 footer... AlexCWSoo
Seem like all bros. here have lots of interest in skimmer. Will let the cat out. Still in the R&D process of DIY skimmer. Presently testing out DIY NW with 3 Eheim 1262 and a mezzie injector with atman pump. Might want to try out DIY thread wheel. Confirmed going with DIY LED light. Have place the order for LED and reflector. It will be better than solarisled. As i am planing to use 10W LED instead of 3W LED by ######. Still trying to figure out the driver.
