looking good for the plenum. great effort put in for the egg crate.  Looking forward to ur tank arrival and more write up

Thanks bro  only my sump tank coming soon, main tank still in design development stage

Last picture of the day, add in second lever of mesh above the sand bed to keep the lower sand level free of disturbances from digging inhabitants.

Run out of agragonite now so will continue tomorrow... :pinch:

The recommended sand grains is 2.0- 4.0mm but unfortunately some of the grains size contain in the seachem is larger. So got to seperate them during rinsing.

Bro, that's alot of work to seperate them. Thought told u before the seachem ones do not have consistent grain size... hehe..

Just curious; Did u mix all the live Aragonite & seachem ones together in the tank already? Your tank doesn't seems to have water in it?

Hi all, finally I'm back again with more updates.

Now need to back track a bit to the Plenum. Took me some time to procure the additional dry aragonite due to my tight work schedule <_<

In total I bought 6 packs dry and 2 packs live aragonite that cost me 275 bucks

Add in another 1"-1.5" dry aragonite over the window screen to create the upper sand layer

1st compartment receive water from the overflow & also house the skimmer. Micro bubbles produce by the skimmer are well take care by the bubbles trap. Water top-up tank with JBJ A.T.O on the left to optimize the dead corner.
