Hi all, i'm starting a thread for my house tank. Started the tank on 15th Aug 2006 (last month). It's a 4x2x2.5 ft partition tank and bought over from a reefer who gave up. I consider myself lucky, the tank is just nice and suits my requirement, plus it's cheaper and I don't need to wait for 3 weeks as compared to getting a new custom made one.

To start the tank, i bought the water from the "seawater" uncle, recommended by Iwarna. The LR were from the brothers in the forum, then i bought 2 packages of live sands from aquamarin. Checking the ammonia and nitrite level, both undetectable, guessed the tank was really ready.
