Looking real good bro... the neck of the skimmer looks filthy... but only the upper portion... this could be an indication that your water level is set too high (wet skimming)... I think the best is to achieve gunk over the entire neck portion :lol:

love that short version deltec skimmer. it looks great :) i am also a deltec user for 3 yrs :P

actually your water level is ok. your skimmate is not that wet. try not to have so much gunk on it entire neck. it will reduce the skimmer performance. regular cleaning on the neck without much of gunk will increase your skimmer performance by 20% ;)
