reef fish only can go without chiller? how many reefer go without chil

Yap. I don't use a chiller but I use a fan. As a result, the evaporation rate is quite high. Better to have an auto-top up unless u don't find it troublesome to topup the water manually everyday. I keep some corals also (bubble coral, jewels etc) so is not exactly FOWLR setup.. ;)

bro, can share wats ur tank dimension n light intensity? I tried bubble but gone case. :thanks:

If u dun wan to have chiller for reef tank mus go for open top if not ur corals start to melt.I also keep a bubble and an open brain.Both dun melt.But if u go for FOWLR i think can but dun go over 32 deg celsius.

I have notice that for tanks without chiller, the colour of the fishes is not as vibrant.

Any one has the same experience?
