You mean the SPA fish? Have seen someone advertise outside an aquarium shop in Farmart. Very expensive, but cannot remember the exact $$$.

there are a few types of fish that will do this "cleaning", some cichlids, corydoras. i believe C328 is selling garra rufa, the cory species.

Just read in the papers that some girls got fungal infection after visiting public fish SPA. Maybe it makes sense to maintain our own fishes. I am always sceptical about visiting such establishment because the water cannot be sterilised.
