"Zoas oni" frag tank?

Hi guys, starting up a "mini" frag tank 4 "zoas oni",

so wondering wats the most simple n minimum setup eg,

~do I nid a skimmer or filther system?

~Wave maker?cos zoas oni

~depth of water?

Oni things dat move inside will b afew peppermint shrimps.

Lighting is a 250w 10k mh.
