Help with Bubble Coral

Dear All.

I just gotten myself a bubble coral and it has stopped inflating to its full size about 2 - 3 days already.. I was wondering if it is normal.. Would appreciate if someone who has successfully kept a bubble coral in his tank to advise me...

They do that stun once in a while but the question you will have to ask yourself is that did you do anything to the tank 2-3 days ago.

Bubble corals are rather bullet proof lps...as long as they do not seem to be 'melting' or giving out lots of brown stuff then they should be alright..

A little brown stuff is ok..it is their waste material.

Normally bubbles will shrink just before expelling the waste material.

yup they would shrink then open their mouth then let out strands of brownish stuff... its their waste material and abt once a week it is better to feed them wif a piece of market prawn
