Spots on LR

Hi All,

Notice some white spots on my LR. Size of the spot does not exceed 1mm. They seem to appear in clusters on the coralline.

Can anyone help me identify them?

Should I try to scrape them off?

Finally managed to take a pic(from a different angle). Seems that the spots are still there. And they're mostly located at the top surface of the LR where lighting is brighter.

Nothing to be afraid of I feel. They are just normal goosebumps on the LR.

Played too much horror movies in front of your tank ah? :yahoo:

do u have striped nerite snails in ur tank?

they look alot like the eggs my nerite snails lay, and they're always infertile/dead, and the coraline will grow over them, resulting in the bumpy look.. just a guess..

Just a guess - new coralline growth or bleaching coralline.

Just notice u got new pics... Ya, its looks like snail egg?? also some odd shape white spot may be is "sprorbid".. u may need to inspect closely... but they r harmless in general.. Cheers..
