Saw this fish swimming past while I was watching a video.

Can anyone help to ID this?

Available in Singapore?

Javanese damsel/Blue Velvet Damsel (Neoglyphidodon oxyodon)

Origin : Philippines, Indonesia, and Ashmore Reef in Timor Sea.

Will molt when growth, Adult looks totally different..
