Dead meat?

my anemone suddenly closed itself up but the fella is still stuck to the rock, isit DEAD? or maybe DYING??

It's still alive. They have the tenancy to wrap themselves up like a ball sometimes.

Hmm,

when i came home today, it was opened a little and the clownfish was trying to "stay" in it, its a small anemone anyway... the "base" is less than 2 inch in diameter... but now its closed up again... anyone got any ideas on wat to do?

I think could be your non-0 NO2 that is creating the havoc for the anemone. They are technically more sensitive than fish...

my no2 is around 0.3mg/L, my Ammonia almost zero, no3 pretty high, cant remember the reading, temp about 26 PH 8.3... calcium about 380...

I tot the anemone more hardy, coz so hard my 2 other anemone living very well...

when I saw the title of the thread I thought it's the result of my gf knowing how much I spent on my tank, or for that matter, the result of reefers' partners knowing how much they had spent on their tanks ... heheheh
