Depends on your salinity... At full salinity, 0.5 ppm... At 1.020, 0.3 ppm...

In my personal opinion, Cupramine doesn't do much to flukes... But Prazi does...

Don't quote me... But I do mix both medications though the instructions says no... My salinity is at 1.020... 0.3 for Cupramine and full dose for Prazi... But not at the same time... I get my fishes stable in Cupramine first before adding Prazi...

Do at your own risk... And don't quote me...

Will curpamine work if maintance at 0.5ppm?

according to seachem, cupramine's therapeutic level range from 0.35-0.5, i think maintaining at 0.4 is ideal. pushing beyond 0.5 might spell trouble for your fishes however, seachem said that fish can tolerate cupramine up to 0.8ppm
