    For reliable pump, most reefer will recommend Ehiem but it's watt killer... . Maybe can you consider DC pump like Jebao DC6000 .

    Seem like your LED is going to burn off soon. Btw, what brand of LEDs are you using? Some China made LEDs are of low quality or over rating which can't compete with good LED manufacturer like CREE, Philips, SSC...! Beside quality LED, good power supply do help in prolong the LEDs life span too.
