I have installed my weipro 2013 running with Weipro 3000yesterday. Until today it is still not skimming. The bubbles only have like 1cm then they burst. is it normal?? nothing is flowing into the cup. I have read through some old thread and put the water level at the 1/3 of the funnel is it correct??
