Hi fellows, I don't QT the new fishes or corals due to lack of space for another tank set up. But i do apply a quick dip use aquapham for new LS. It not 100% works for all LS but better than none.

Hi bros, i had instead added in a one inch flame hawkfish to my tank. It was like business as usual, no one bother about the new comer. It surprised me but I guess it could be good timing to try the RG. Starts on a look out & oh yes, it must be good boxer size, hm.. Anyone selling here? He...he Cheers,

Sorry for the setback bro. It also a wake up call for reefers here & looks like we definately need to have a plan B for power outage. I had a power trip days ago at 1am as it was a rainy night. The outage lasted until morning 6am. Lucky no fish dies of this short period. I would greatly appreciate if fellows reefers who have a batteries back up fixtures to advice us. Many thanks.

Hi bro, if it only feed on mysis & it can poos then should be no concern. But do take note PBT is a veggie fish so the main diet are algae n seaweed. Cheers

Hi folks, I am a newbie here wish to share my short experience 4 months keeping PBT. I brought the 1st & 2nd about 2.5" fr the northern LS shop. Both lasted 3 days & 1 month. I realised that the cause was the fish has developed ich & despike the fish is feeding well, it died with a bloated tummie which i believes i had feed it too much of micsy shrimp instead of veggies food & it probably couldnt digest the meaty food. After a failure analysis, i brought another about 2.5" from a farm. This time i make a point to 1st serve veggie fake food & follow by micssy shrimp or pellet and last with seaweed. My 3rd PBT has fattern & established it no 1 position in the tank. Ocasionally, it has contacted white spot but was able to fight off the bugs. So far it is almost 3 months & counting. I am hopeful it could last another 3 mths which then i could claim as a success story. My finger cross everytime i look at it & also counting the days that i have it in my tank. Smiling but also worrying. Cheers.

Hi bro, your planned angels fish will eventually out grow a 3 footer tank very soon. Bear in mind u need to LR to shape up the tank too. IMHO, a 4 footer tank will be good for long run. Happy fishkeeping. Cheers.

Hi fellows, sad to inform the newly added Royal Gamma has disappeared. I assume it probably didn't make it, cos it didn't appear at feeding times and keep hiding most of the time. The questions here for my tank is, should i make another attemp to add the Royal Gamma again? Can fellers here share the tips in keeping the Gamma? Many thanks.

Dear all, i have one 2.5"PBT , 3"Regal Tang & 2" flame angle in a 3 footer tank. I had brought a 1.5" Royal Gamma. When i release it to the tank, it was attacked by the PBT & Flame Angel. Has managed to scoop it out and place in a betta box. I wish to ask fellows here if it is possible the Royal Gamma can survive with this tankmate? Many thanks,
