  10. But Micron sock filters are not so porous and clot easily and may cause water to overflow too. I use Sera filter wool and replace it every 2 weeks.
  11. My comments on Blue Treasure:- 1) to wear a mask when you are adding the salt as it is so fine that it floats in the air and it is not good if you happen to inhale 2) after I throw an airstone in to circulate the salt in the jellycan, I notice fine residual at the base of the jellycan which cannot be dissolved. I wonder if any one using Blue Treasure has the same issues. I have switched back to Tropic Marin since. Not a big fan of China-made products anyway and if they can do funny things to human food they can do anything...just my personal opinion.
  12. I empathize with you. I had the same problem months back. I tried all sorts of ways like putting in a trap but the mantis shrimp was too smart. So in the end, bobian I had to remove all my rocks to locate the mantis shrimp and so be it coz I had the intention of re-arranging my setup. I managed to catch it and in fact it was a pretty red thing. I put it in my sump and feed it with cut up prawns. Didn't see him lately and dont know if it survived the sump environment. Good luck : )
  13. Hi...what's the new address of Sealife. I recall they have moved to Bukit Merah? Thanks : )

  16. Go get a mantis shrimp, it will take care of your "crabbie" issue in your tank...hahaha. Please don't, I am Just kidding.
  17. Nice...where do you place your prata generally? On the sand bed? : )
  18. Good luck with the catch. I also found one in my tank a few months back and the only way to remove it, which I did, was to remove all the rocks and then catch it when it came out of hiding in the rocks. Now it is in my sump and the mantis shrimp and I are happier with this arrangement. I am feeding it with small pieces of dead prawns.
