don't worry about their spacing. Once they get too cramped on their rock, soem of 'em will take a trip onto other surfaces, even gravel itself.

I am currently changing water every week / 2 weeks by buying 5 gallons of water from a LFS. Is there a difference from this and mixing your own sea water? can one mix the both together? Does sea water from LFS' contain higher nutrient levels?

hi there, You might want to look up the nano reef thread in the main forum page. heaps of info there. I was once doing a freshwater planted tank. could only rbing over a small amount of hardware. what sort of hardware u using for ur planted tank? filter etc

try geo -liquid/ pretty good stuff to clear cloudiness in water.

Thanks for the feedback, but my skimmer does not have a return hose, rather its a ramp. so will tie some wool around the ramp?

I have a Jebo hang on skimmer, venturi action. however, the returned water has far too many mini bubbles, thus the main tank gets quite unsightly. should i fill water until the water return ramp is partially submerged or is there any other way to prevent the bubbles? are mini bubbles detrimental to the health of a tank?

Am quite lost with the Abbreviations used in the forum. can't seem to locate the thread that defines them. Could someone help me with that please?
