  1. Think will be out after cny. Got people running canister seems like no problem. Just have to change frequently.
  2. think wp 25 is too strong, planning a tank around that specs as well, waiting for the wp10. also r u planning a flowr or a reef tank that should help with the lights

  6. usually the calcium etc in NSW is very low, so might have to dose otherwise might have to use a good salt mix. WC with NSW with low calcium wont help much

  8. Hi got some questions about QT. How long do you all QT new comer in copper? I am planning to get a blue tang and heard it is very prone to ich, so might want to QT it for a while. Will get a juv blue tang and QT in a IQ5. Also do you all need fan? what is the ideal temperature Thanks
  9. My tank is almost half a year old! Just some updates, have recently added some macro algae which died causing my tank parameters to go haywire. Had cyano and hair algae growth. Recently gotten some algone from madpetz. Thanks Ken for the suggestion! and never regretted Now my nitrates is undetectable using salifert test kit. Having been running rowa also so phosphates also undetectable. The rest of the parameters have been very good. Hope the HA goes away soon. Have gotten a xenia from a nice reefer but e heads doesnt seem to be opening, will give it a few more days to see. 6 line and my nemo seems to be getting along very well

  11. acutally u can use fan and keep soft corals, but have to take note of the top up, it might cause the salinity to fluctuate. Can keep soft corals etc.

  15. Take note the dip has to be done regularly as it does not kill the eggs, they can also hide in rocks etc, so also not 100%
  16. yup 6 line plus manual removal. yellow coris also known to eat them
  17. looks like a nudibranch. does it have like feathers or hair on e back? if it does probably a zoa nudi, i had a big headache with those they will eat the zoas and they reproduce fairly quickly. can use a wrasse to eat them
  18. Cant wait to see more. Maybe can try uploading to a third party site like Flickr den copy e image url n paste. That's what I do usually.
