I think Bio sphere is mainly for nitrate remover, but it also need a small little amount of phosphate for function effectively (please correct me if I am wrong) My experience, I try PO4X4 before , result very disappointed, perhaps my method of using is wrong, after I change to ROWAphos , result is amazingly great.
