hi... i'm currently using a hang on filter now... i wanna upgrade to a sump tank... but where do i get the seawater from??? will it affect the fishes, corals and crustacean in the main tank if i add newly prepared seawater into the sump tank???? or should i take seawater from the tank and mix with newly prepared seawater before i run te sump... or should i let the sump tank run on its own 1st for the refugium(i'm using 1sq ft refugium with 4-5" live sand and liferock with macroalgae) to cured 1st before i run it???

lol... my fish swim away when i go near coz i tear down the tank 4 times to catch crab, damsels, camel shrimp and get rid of glass anemone....

sorri dazer... let me hitchride ur tread for awhile... is maroon clown a mid size fish?? how do u define mid size?? mine is a 2x1.5x1 ft tank... i have abt 6-7 kgs of lr... got a cleaner shrimp, coral beauty, 6 lined wrasse, 2 fire gobies and algae blenny... is it too much??

oooo.... mine also on the sandbed... but its started to grow out liao leh.... more hair no longer botak leh.... my seio 620 is set to 50% only... is it moderate its in the path of the seio 620's current...

how u feed it?? use a stick>??

my turtle grass die off... but after i chg its place to directly under my seio 620 it stared to grow out again... maybe u wanna put it uder ur wave maker??

my finger coral would close up and swing ard... goniopora would strink back lo... then all the fish would hide.... mushrooms and yuma remain open... is it like that??

ohh.. icic... but how do u feed it>?? use a feeding stick and put it in the mouth??? how do u noe whether it wan to eat or not?? coz some times i see its mouth open big big.. then some times close small small...

u can use a tank of something then drill a hole and make a drip system... i use that to ensure the salinity and the water level of my 2 ft tank from dropping.... maybe it will work for ur 4 feet tank by using a bigger tank and more drops /min??
