yea reefdepot has great service....me too waiting for a review on 9002...it definitely does look promising after looking at reviews of the old series the 3110/2. supposedly the same, the 3110 and 9002. Anyone can go find those reviews if u wanna know more

the 311x series if i'm not wrong is the old series of the current 90xx series. like for example tunze has a new nano skimmer 9005...the old model number is 3110/2. However I do understand that some of the old series are no longer in production. Just giving some information, hope it helps,jon

don't think u need to run airpump....but store away from direct sunlight. i think it helps keep the water more 'stable' since heat can have funny effects on most things

dude...yuo have been keeping a 1ft tank with survivors for over a year. Maybe you'd like to share with us what you have been doing. The way i see it, since the larger the tank the more stable your water conditions. for a 2ft u can opt for various methods, u can try Hang on back filter or sump or maybe an inbuilt overflow system. depends on what u have in mind, perhaps u'd like to share
