ZeroCool: haha revenge of the pod!! It could be parasitic pod I had one that stuck onto my clownfish.. managed to rid the pod after i gave chase the clown anyone else has similar experience?

newdamsel: Yep Probably becoz i got sick of looking at still corals. My favorite coral is still xenia becoz of the way it animates. Im not even aiming for a clean looking tank (ive been skimmer-less) rather .. i feel its natural to have visible microalgae around I could spend longer time starring at pods doing their business than looking at corals sometimes.

Maybe to rid their system of salty water so i would be faster for them to adapt to new salinity level? heh .. i think u've to ask Dr Ron for proper answer

The best thing about this hobby is the diversity of lifeform. Wish ive this juggernaut pod .. probably fun to watch

U should get a NO3 testkit since u r having a reeftank. Corals wouldnt be able to tolerate NO3 as much as fishes... and your NO3 'might' be quite high too coz of the no of fishes u've
