jus came back from LCK 110 lots of red mushroom..colors very bright!... bi-colour prata lots of cyannaria too... frogspawn... fishes: powder blue powder brown flame angel potter angel yellow tang convict tang clark clown(heard its from hawaii)..colours very vibrant.. got 2 black caps!!.. tts all i can rmb..

seeing all the sps in other ppl tank...i cannt wait to add some..... but i guess i need to wait for the water to stabilize first....n currently waiting for the teco to arrive...

alright....jus ordered a teco chiller....which can chill up to a 800L tank...

yea jervis....i find it puzzled too....tts y im deciding to get a teco...any models to recommend? the equipments that produce heat is only the lightings...n i only use 1 pump to drive all the equipments....

hmmz..any suggestion on what chiller to use?...currently im using a temporaily 1/2hp chiller but its so noisy and it kicks in non stop..... any suggestion?.....if teco...wad model to recommend?...i have 2x150w metal halide.....its producing alot of heat..

oh...will it cause any problem?...cos i was thinking of putting pratas over there lehs..

hi bro, as i have already sold my old 2ft tank, i have taken a new set from my dad's shop WAKAI which has already stop operation... so everything is free except for the chiller...

hi, there is no need to intro the carbon into ur filtration system now....lightings are not required during the cycling period too.... introduce some nitrifying bacteria to speed up the cycling process...test for ammonia and nitrite before you add any new LS into ur tank... HTH

Hi everyone...My new tank will be delivered to my house tomorrow, this time im planning to keep some LPS and SPS and some nice softies... This is the dimension : 3ft x 2ft x 21/2ft I would need advice on the SPS, have no experience keeping them.. Currently, i have 1 superman monti.. Here are the equipments so far: 2x150w Metal Halide 11000lph Laguna Return pump tee off to chiller,FR,Protein Skimmer(120watts) Aqua Medic FR..dunno wad model.. (will take a pic tmr of it).. Macro Venturi Protein Skimmer (Have seen this skimmed out lots of skimmate b4).. will be getting either a teco 1/2hp or a resun CL450 soon...still deciding.... stay tuned tmr for the pics..

IMO...if the flow of the water that is passing the chiller is too fast, the chilling duration will be longer. when the flow is slow, it gives u quality return..

tank sold to a kind reefer..

ehiem is reliable IMO...lots of reefers here have been using for many years. another alternative is hydor..
