Is the red algae slime?

If it is then is cynao

What is your NO3 and PO4 level?

You can do regular water change and/or reduce your bioload.

Check your N03 and P04 level, since most likely it is cause by it. It is common for new tank to encounter this, you can remove these hairy algae from the rock and clean it off with a brush after doing a water change.
