haha, doesn't matter. it's kind of like our body, cannot be too clean, otherwise we become weaker. same as biological lifeforms in marine ecosystem.

too bad I cannot use nsw as it will cost me at least $300 per wc,

LCK charges per trip six red regardless of tank size

Tank is coming next week!!!

I returned chiller to the seller as its undersized for my tank, hunting for another one now.

Waiting for my skimmer, pump, and clamp for my light to arrive. Hopefully before my tank comes :)

Left with sand and rocks to get right now!

Feeling all excited!

I think Singapore forums are very biased towards arctica. Maybe it's the marketing strategy by jbj. Sorry to say. Not to say the brand is bad. I prefer objective opinions.

I do not mind brand or country of origin as long as it is good and reliableIs there any recommendations for backup chiller? Need it to be reliable enough that it will work even after long periods of non usage

A very clean and neat looking tank. With your careful planning I'm sure it'll turn up a spectacular model nano reef.

Awaiting more pics. Also waiting with eager anticipation to see CF liverocks, after having heard so much about it. Must be really worth the high price.

What do you intend to keep in this tank btw?

Good colour combination.

Do go slow on your stocking up though. The small tank size leaves us a very thin margin for error.

Choose smaller specimens. It's also a great joy to see livestocks grow in our tank. And tangs grow fast!!

My current blue tang is bought at 1+" size. She eat like a cow, and within 3 weeks I swear she has grown! She's put on a fair bit of weight now!! Hahaha..

I'm still hunting for 1+" specimens of yellow tang and purple tang, hoping to add these 2 at the same time. I sincerely hope it's not asking too much of the LFSs. Haha.

Enjoy this journey.
