How to make tangs feed on seaweed?

I just bought Julian Sprung Purple Seaweed, and a very expensive seaweed clip (magnet ones)... 2 times i place to my aquarium = FAIL! Not even one touches the seaweed. Not even super working hard mimic tang touches it... Does anyone knows a way to get them feed on seaweed?

U got those nori sheets? Errr... Thats processed seaweed for human consumption not sure if its safe to be use in Aquarium...

My tangs and foxface eats alot of algae recently and even Henry reef gourmet seaweed particles but not my seaweed sheets

I cut my seaweeds in strips n clips them on.. Tangs are greedy bunch.. Weird yours are selctive..

Soak it in sechem garlic. ...another thing to note. A healthy & stress free tang will love sea weed. I always buy from general supermarket. Much cheaper

Hi , u mean it is okay for fish to feed seaweed from NTUC ? Any particular brand that u are using?

Well, i thinking of clipping the seaweed on a rock, rubber band maybe, and let it drop onto the sanbed...

No idea y none of my fishes eat the seaweed, Tangs, angels, foxface. The graze on algae alot keeping my tank clean.. Might be the new clip that was presented into the tank... I think i leaving the clip for a few weeks before i start to put seaweed on it just to make them season with the new clip

Yes.. Possible.. as long as they well feeding shld be fine.. May sure they consume between hour to avoid contaminate yr water quality...I will snap vids on how my fish food clips works when free... Cheers...

just have to ensure tht it is unfavored... i bought a big bag for 5 bucks and last me for months
