Hi Bro Riot,

Thank You for your advise.

I have initially want to get MH but after reading and see some reefer is very successful using T5 lite ,I change my decision to use T5 instead.

Another reason is the heat MH generate as compare to T5.With MH I will need to invest in a chiller for my tank and an aircon for my hall.

Sherman, no prob lah...can use T5s. :lol::lol:

A good reference person, check with danano. :peace:

But even he uses icerobes (kind of chiller) for his tank with T5.

I am afraid to maintain a reef tank where you dun fluctuate the ph and or because of top up everyday because of the fans is not easy.(though not impossible) ....... (esp ard July :evil: )

I suspect you might want to invest on a chiller....I started using one and never regretted the decision eversince......

what ever it is, calculate carefully and the most impt thing....you got to be happy with your beautiful tank..that counts :lol::lol::lol:

I think you are right.I can don't use MH but use T5.

I can use a fan but the evaporating rate can cause fluctuation in PH

and need top up daily.

I will start thinking about investing in a chiller .
