SRC Member Boonboy Posted February 8, 2016 Author SRC Member Share Posted February 8, 2016 Woke up to a flooded living room. Had allowed the snail to enter the overflow compartment in the display tank to clear the detritus and algae. It was so hardworking that it decided to enter the durso pipe(pipe to sump). It choked the pipe and result in a fountain in the living room. Lost about 10 liters of water. The culprit was still alive when it was yanked out of the pipe. Fortunately, no casualties. SRC Member Boonboy Posted February 9, 2016 Author SRC Member Share Posted February 9, 2016 Another sad update... Woke up to see the Copperband tossed around by the current. It eventually got lodged between the rocks. After some time it is motionless. No idea what had killed it. (It's the only fish I have) I had only tried to feed it with mysis yesterday. Yup, check temp, salinity and alk no changes. I suspect it starve cause I never witness it eating. Only picking on the rocks all the time.
