Is my water flow too much?

For a 6 gallon tank, your return pump could be sufficient to provide the necessary water movement for basic corals.  You might not even need a wavemaker.  Anyway, 2000l/h is way too strong for a 6 gallon tank.

Wah bro, 2000 litre will be a typhoon! Your sand will fly everywhere. My 20 gallon uses a 1000 l/hr and my poor fish look like they're running on a treadmill lol. Usually just 20 times your tank size is sufficient. So for your case a 100-200 l/hr should be enough
