hi guys,recently i help my cousin assemble a new PC on leadtek g-card and they come with a game.After installing the game and trying to run the cd the system restart itself. Next,we run the cd worms2.exe and everything was fine until when we exit the game,the system restarts itself again.

restart as in some sort of reset and the pc boots itself again.

i have never come across or head such problem so i need help, wonder if its the led plugs problem or other problem.

thanks in advance :)

problem with the ram? since it's new, i think u can just take it for 1 to 1 exchange rite if u got it at SLS. they would test and all la and try to make u believe it's not your ram.. BUT then again, it could be the slot in your MB housing your ram..

happened to me once.. ram burnt, and every programme i open that requires quite abit more mem, freezes and reboots the PC.. :angry:

You are running too many programme at the same time...if not....the memory just cant take so much operation running concurrently. U may be playing just the game but in the background there are others programme that are running together eg. anti-virus, OS....

At times the RAM just cant take it.....even the processor cant take it also at times....BEST SUGGESTION......uninstall the game.....maybe U already install too many thing inside the system....especially those that U may have downloaded from Internet.

ANOTHER SUGGESTION......uninstall those that U very..very...very..rarely use programme......free Ur hardrive space as such when boot-up...theres not much programme running in the background........bear in mind.....install too much stuff.....download from an unknown website may disrupt Ur system...even make Ur OS, hardrive not functioning at all......trust me...I know from first hand experience

since it's only games, im now guessing it's the graphics card's ram... not the MB ram.. try some movie making software and see if that also causes the pc to reboot itself..

Try 'Window Movie Maker'

Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Entertainment--->Window Movie Maker
