simple 3ft tank

hihi,

here's some updates on my new 3ft tank after i tried my 2ft simple tank.

intro of my 3ft tank:

tank dimensions: 3x2x2 ft

sump tank dimension: 2.5x1.5x1.5 ft

water top up tank dimension: 60x20x60 cm

protein skimmer: Macro AS150 (upgrade soon)

lighting: 250w de 10000k supplements by 2 x 30w blue FL lights (planning to upgrade to T5 light set used as supplement only)

biological filtration: About 40kg of live rocks

using about 5 inches of grade 0 sand over it

circulation: Using Eheim 1262 as return pump. In addition, using a rio seio 820

and tunze 6060 to provide additional circulation. (will be adding another seio)

equippment:

CM fluidised reactor

CM kalkwasser reactor

CM tubby system

misc info:

sg = 1.025

temp = 26.5-28

dkh = 10

calcium = 450

P04 = 0

N03 = 5

* no chiller yet. i am using 2x fan to cool the water temp.

i did some changes last month, feb, to create more space for my lps... notice that i have a lot of green stuff grow all over on my rock. after installed FR and together with my seahare, most of the green stuff that grow on the rock disappeared. cool! B)
