- I sell to who i want to. Not first come first serve

- Prices are fixed unless i decide to lower them

- I might not answer some of the PMs...you know who you are....

- collection point is in the east or shenton way....absolultey no delivery

- if you come without the agreed upon $$$ in your wallet...sorry you have to go to the nearest ATM machines to draw it out

acutally downgrading.....wifely doesn't want a big chiller in the house.....

have to cut back on the lights also....so that the smaller chiller can take the load
