I have just got a tunze 6060 from Aquamarin(from ladyboss Janet) at a special price. They dont have it in the shopfront but you can ask Janet to check it out for you. Just another option for you since you have bought things from them before(not trying to promote Aquamarin).

I think Tunze is the long term solution and investment to your tank(think in term of the wattage and power generation). I was thinking of getting a Seio before but I settled for a Tunze in the end. No regrets.

Anyway nice setup you have here. I am keeping track of your post everyday so keep the pics coming. Good luck!!

Hi Zehuan,

I got my Tunze from the same shop. Hopefully my price is at least as special as what you got. The wave generated is very good. One issue I have is the mounting. I could not mount it on my eurobrace with the fitting included in the package. Had to pay more $ to buy special brackets.

Thanks for supporting my post. Hope you enjoyed it so far.

Man, that's ALOT of rocks!

I thought that was a lot of rocks initially. But it sure didn't look too many after putting them into the tank.

The first occupant of the tank. And it came free with the rocks.

Hi acidjazz,

It is powered by 2x Atman 5500.

bro, the Atman pump might be generating too much heat. what's the wattage btw? Great tank and lots of effort. . not forgetting $$ put into ur hobby.

Hi acidjazz,

Yes, the heat generated by Atman should be easily managed by my chiller.

Total cooling time from 26.5C to 25.5C is less than half an hour.

The pump has created a sand storm in my tank. A big crater was created in my sand bed.

Experienced the same situation as you even with a tunze6060. :P
