Need contacts for Renov and Tankmaker

hey... need some reliable contacts for the following...

1) renovation works, electrician (esp good with aircon piping connections)

2) tankmaker which will be needed at a later date when all renovs are done.

1. Have contacts but always busy with too many project to complete. If you don't mind. Electrician ~ Never come across electrician that's good in aircon pipping before. But did come across 1 that's good in aircon electrical wiring.
