A denitrator will take some time to be established to work maximally. It will be a good thing if you can kick start now to reduce the wait time later to handle the loadings in your tank which will invariably increased.

Got more live rocks today.

Full of coraline algae, most importantly the shape is nice.

wat blub and wattage you going to use for your lighting

i am planning to use one 250watt MH and one 150 watt MH.

Total 400 watt MH.

Can someone calculate how much it cost to have 400 watt of MH for 7 hours a day? :thanks:

The water reserviour and Coral Labs Fr is hidden behind the kalkreactor.

Only equipment i left out is the calcium reactor, yet to install it.

hey bro, sorry i have been busy. Yet to see your wonderful set up.

The schuran is giving decent skimmate at the moment. However, my LS is zero now. So i can't really tell how good it is.

However, i am just glad its only consuming 35 watt (aquabee pump) instead of my previous skimmer, the beckett which consumes 130 watt (resun md55)

You'd be pleased to hear that it's actually cheaper than that. :) Going at the rate of $0.16 a KWH, it's actually $13.44.

Anyway i switched from beckett to Schuran due to the high power consumption.

sigh.... and sop....sop.... today test the tank and alamak..... two leaks... :(

So the tank maker will come down to a check and maybe do another measurement for another cabinet to conceal the chiller,CR,CO2 and Tubby with tank...... Broke liao :sick:

Me too. I am broke with my recent investment. Already 60% over my initial budget and i have yet to get my

1) tunze

2) chiller

3) MH

4) cabinet to conceal chiller
