YA,im STILL a sec student,still wishing that i would grow much faster,good for you guys already grown up,ppl like me hav to afford ourselves...AND ONLy can achieve it if my parents help....marine fish keeping is not only for the rich but also for a normal person...

starting this hobby is an investment you got to make..

and patience in people's thread..

rushing people to give you free stuff won't get you anywhere..

Chill bro...it's just a figure of speech....and it was meant as a joke... ;)

As for growing up faster...why the rush...enjoy your youth while u still have it. There are many other young reefers like yourself who's in this hobby...find out how they are going about affording this hobby and maybe you can get a few tips.

But for your info, this hobby really doesn't need to be expensive...you can always setup a basic tank without all the frills and concentrate on doing regular water changes and constant monitoring of your water parameters.

As for livestock...there are places where u can find fairly cheap livestock...and maybe u can start there if you can't find ppl who wanna give you their livestock..

And as a tip..if you're gonna want ppl to give their livestock to you...give them an idea of your current setup so that ppl have the piece of mind that their livestock will be in proper care.

I have 2 clowns and 2 ble devil damsels...good water quality,PH always tested...feeding well....1star fish>>>got 3 babies...now going to buy better and brighter lights...

but patience is the key...

make more friends in SRC..most of the reefer here are super kind and can spare you some fragments of corals or fishes that they want to give away due to heavy bioload..

=) your always welcome to ask for free stuff..

but not hollaring everyday..haha..tends to get pretty irritating..
