3 times?! what was the after effect? think quite painful? anyway we should always be careful no matter handling what corals of any marine creatures it may be.

They are common zoanthids

I have them in my tank growing on a piece of LR. Reproduces very fast especially if you feed them with frozen food or mysis. Handled them with bare hands many times... still alive
