Cleaner shrimps are totally safe. Banded shrimps are reef safe but will fight with each other. Harlequine is safe to all except starfish, which it eats.

Also, Harl shrimps are most expensive.

I think (marine) therefore I am

Hi Bro,

Can these three shrimps be together? I intend to get two of each, is it recommended?

5x cleaner & 5x fire shrimp

temp maitained at 25 to 27 degree C.

All doing fine so far...........................

Wow...3 feet tank and 80 gallons? It must be a very wide and high tank.

Always something more important than fish.

banded shrimp will attack other shrimps leh.. they are territorial..

CB not that bad lar....if the tank is large enough and sufficient LRs for hiding place, the other shrimps will either hide or run away from CB.

But absolutely no no for 2 CB in the same tank.

not really...

i have 2 in mine....

possible if you have enough space,

and its a male-female combi.

my bigger female tore the claws off the resident male

when i first put her in...

in the following weeks...after the subsequent moults,

she tore off less appendages

but now they so lovey dovey.

waiting to spawn

:D
